I need to uninstall XP Pro to install XP Home.

Please advise how to proceed with such.

Why would you want to do that? They're almost identical and you're better off with Pro

I, also, would not do this. Pro is better than Home.

But to answer your question you would do a Clean Install of XP Home as seen here:

You will note step 10b:

"If the hard drive or partition has a previous installation of XP you want to remove, choose to delete the partition by pressing "D". You will then be prompted to create a new partition in the empty space. This will remove all data from the deleted space."
