cannot load speech recognition files
Each time I open Microsoft Outlook I get a textbox telling me "Microsoft cannot load speech recognition files. Would I like to load now?" I hit cancel and a few moments later the Windows installer text box will appear and quickley turn off. A few moment later I get a 1706 Error telling me Setup cannot find the required files.
I recently installed, and later uninstalled, a voice recognition software package because it interfered with the process of opening IE from a link contained in an e-mail in Outlook.
Could I have deleted something in the process?

Use an Alternative Network Administrative Installation
If the original administrative installation from which you installed Office is not available, you can use a different administrative installation for the Office source file location. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Click Start and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type a command line similar to the following, and then click OK
new network path\Setup.exe /fvm package name.msi
where new network path is the full path to the alternative network administrative installation, and package name is the name of the Windows Installer .msi package on the root of this administrative installation (for example, Proplus.msi).
But I'm not experienced enough to know what command to type in!

Also this just might be an Installer jam in which case this tool might help:
