Ok, restore is done. Now I need to try to remember everything that my mother had installed and reinstall it. Im all worried that I wont find everything. Anything on the pc that would show me what programs I had before the restore?

I would say that at least one thing she installed was a problem causer.

If it is worth it you could undo the restore and compare the two but personally I wouldn't mess with it.

Something that was downloaded was causing your problems.

I figured that. I doubt that it was my LightScribe software or our Corel PSP X. Not sure what it might've been.
