Is this part of a program called Learner 5? Or some other program?

Why are you downloading into it?

If it is a program I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling it. Or just delete it and download elsewhere.

if i go into my computer learner 5 and put the cursor on it, it says," contains files and folders shared between users of this computer"

You could try a search from start > Search | All Files and Folders | Learner 5

Try to see what program this is or is it a Program called Learner 5? I can find no info on such software.

Perhaps this was custom software from the company whose computer it was.

Also I still don't understand the download aspect

You said: There Is A File Called Learner 5, If I Download Anything Into This File I Cannot Retrieve It

Why are you trying to download anything into this file?

It sounds like you are saying that Learner 5 is the name of a user account.

Is this correct? To view all users do this:

    start/run control userpasswords2

If Learner 5 is a User Account and you say "If I Download Anything Into This File I Cannot Retrieve It" tell us what happens when you try. Any error message? If so what is the verbatim error message?

You may need to create a new account via Control Panel > User Accounts

hi Jephree, typed in what you suggested and User Acoounts comes up in it there are 2 user accounts 1 called administrator & 1 called learner 5, in the tick box at the top it says users must enter a user name & password to use this computer.

What error do you receive trying to access Learner 5?

You probably want to start a new account with Admin Privileges for the future.

Depending on the error we might be able to extract from Learner 5.

To create a new account go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Create a new account

Make it an Administrative account. The main Administrator account is generally not used on a daily basis as it is saved as a pure backup account.

You can name either of these accounts anything you want.

If your only problem with Learner 5 is Nero and there is no error this might be a Nero issue as well.

Here is a detailed page if you want to try to extract the data and settings from Learner 5 to a new account:
