    toolbar on right of screen

Today I was working on my computer and all of a sudden my toolbar is now permanently located on the right of my screen. I cannot find the adjustment arrows on the top or bottom of the screen...only on the sides. The toolbar is not locked. I have no idea how to resolve this situation. I would dearly love to have the tolbar back on the bottom!
    Thanks

Right click on it and drag it back down.

I'm sorry ... you need to left click and hold and drag it down

I have been trying everything today to move this dang toolbar but it will not move! I think some of the problem is that I cannot find the top and bottom sizing arrows. They are off the viewing screen. Do I need to edit my registry or anything to correct this problem?

Right click and make sure Lock the Taskbar is UNchecked.

Then left click on an empty area and hold that click while you move the cursor to the bottom of the screen.

I have already tried both of those today and still nothing will move. The only thing I can do is resize the sides. (The taskbar is UNlocked and nothing happens when you left click and try to drag the toolbar.)

If you are absolutely sure you could try a System Restore to a point when things were as you want them.

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

I would make sure tho as I know it might be simple but touchy.

With the pointer on a blank space on the Taskbar left click and hold ... then move the pointer to any edge and the Taskbar should show there.

I have put the pointer on a blank space on the Taskbar (in the middle) and have tried to move it with the left click while holding...still nothing happens. I thin I will try a system restore in the morning. Thanks for trying. I really appreciate it!

right click start--select properties--click customize key on start
menu---advanced---enable dragging and dropping---you may have to reboot.

I just checked all of that out and the enable dragging and dropping box is already checked.
