When I click on the defragment box, I get an error message saying "disk defragmenter has detected that chckdsk is scheduled to run on the volume: HDD (C. Please run chckdsk/f. Any ideas why it may be doing this?

When I click on the defragment box, I get an error message saying "disk defragmenter has detected that chckdsk is scheduled to run on the volume: HDD (C

start > run > cmd
in the new window type chkdsk /f
when prompted to run on boot choose Y & reboot
this will check for & fix any disk errors.
