i didn't start this thread but i'm having the same problem, so i did what you said, and i'm attaching my log here... please help me :P

As a quick first step can you run a search on nltdi.sys

Go to start > Search > All files and folders

Also set your Search Settings > Advanced > Show hidden as well as Show system files
