I keep getting Error : 46-NPQE when I try to connect to AOL. I have tried everything from repairing connectivity service to uninstalling/reinstalling AOl. I spent over an hour on the phone with AOL trying different fixes, and nothing worked. I called Dell and explained, they had me do some things. I think one was to check the modem (and it works fine) and a couple others, and none of that fixed it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

ERROR CODE 46-NPQE: This is an AOL connectivity code. This repair was simple for me and worked well. Go to add/remove programs, select AOL Connectivity, change/remove, then select repair, make sure you are closed out of AOL software before starting.
