I don't know what I did (or actually I did nothing) But now everytime my Windows XP starts, a window installer or updater (i am not sure) pops out trying to install/update something, but since it can't find the file, it asks me to select the source of the archive, but I never know of this program (It's called PhotoGallery installer or something) And I already searched my Add/Remove Programs, but there's nothing related to that program, I found a Windows Installer 3.1 at the botton, I wonder if is this causing me the problems, please help and reply me ASAP.

Hi,
The Windows Installer 3.1 is not your problem... it is a setup file that has added its self to your startup items.
Click start>all programs>Startup
is there anything called 'PhotoGallery' (or similar)? if there is, delete it, if not......
Click start>run and type in 'msconfig (without the quotes) and press enter
look in the "services" and "startup" tabs for 'PhotoGallery' or 'PhotoGallery setup'
If you find it, un-tick the box next to it and click apply and then ok (you will need to restart your computer)
also...
Click start>search and click all files and folders.
Type in: PhotoGallery
and hit enter.
if a file comes up (.exe or .zip file), delete it
if nothing comes up, try searching '.exe' (without the quotes) and look for something that could be to do with some photo/photo gallery software if you find a .exe file named something similar to that, delete it if you are sure you dont know what it is.
Hope this helps

it is not in your add/remove programs because it is not installed on your computer..
if that doesnt work in the previous post, try a system restore to a point before this problem.
System Restore:
Just out of interest, do you have a HP printer?Through the All Programs menu:
1.Click Start.
2.Point to All Programs.
3.Point to Accessories.
4.Point to System Tools.
5.Click System Restore.
6.Follow the instructions on the wizard.
Yea, an HP all-in-one PSC 2355
Right now i am trying to fix with your suggestion, any further questions i will be PM you, Thank you so much
ok, if none of the above works, try re-installing all the HP drivers and software that is on your computer.
i was reading about a similar problem to do with hp software before.
