I havent got it either. Thats because I got my PC wiped wtihout using smart restore as when my PC crashed I couldnt go to startup. the F11 option didnt work so y friend wiped it with a copy of windows which I think is a counterfiet!!!! I can't seem to find a place you can download it. If anyone can find it please tell me.

System Restore is not something that you can download. It is an internal function of XP.

I would suggest reinstalling your Operating System with a legitimate version.

Thats not what iam missing. System restore is different from the one I am talking about. It is Packard Bell's SMART RESTORE. this is the same as reinstalling XP. It wipes everthing and puts your pc back to factory settings (like when I first bought the pc) I never used it. I had it when my pc didnt crash yet. Once it crashed, I could not enter smart restore so my friend wiped it with a counterfiet XP CD. Now I cant have packard bells smart restore because its wiped and want to know where I can download it.

My other problem is how can I fix my PC back to normal. I want packard bell and want the illegal copy on my Pc gone. I want back my old version. Do I need to give it back to my retailer to fix it up?

I think returning it to your retailer is a good idea if they can take care of it.

Otherwise you can most likely purchase the Packard Bell recovery CD.
