You can put the ISO image on a CD:
ISO images suitable for creating a bootable Memtest86 CDROM
Download - Memtest86 v3.2 ISO image (zip)
Here is a free ISO burner if you need one:

just to etll you i'm not really good at computers..dont know what iso is..and iso burner....Really confused
-
In common use, an "ISO" is a file that contains the complete image of a disc. Such files are often used when transferring CD-ROM images over the Internet.
Burning an ISO file does not copy the data but creates a mirror image of the original.
XP does not have this capability but most burning programs do. If you do not have a burning program that supports this you can use the free link above.
This just adds an option to your burning options which reads Create an ISO image file
You will see this when you right click on your DVD/CD drive.
In this case you just need to download the MemTest file http://www.memtest86.com/memtest86-3.2.iso.zip and unzip it. You will then see an ISO file.
Right click it and choose: Copy image to CD

I'm stuck i just downloaded the ISO and extracted the memtest......and right clicked to copy image CD and i just see a screen
-
The screen shows the cd recording wizard but i cant press next....
