Just from a quick search it seems to be a driver issue.
Here are some links; the last of which is the closest to your details.

    Searched the web for 0x100000d1.

So i got Direct x 9c, installed the latest nforce board drivers, and reinstalled my video drivers. I did the refresh config change in the .con files.

    STILL CRASHES.

The last time it crashed I found the microsoft error message.

    Stop 0x000000D1 or DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
The Stop 0xD1 message indicates that the system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high. Drivers that have used improper addresses typically cause this error.

This is a D1 error. So I am trying to see if this is my problem and if so what is the solution

The Stop 0xD1 message indicates a driver problem as you have noticed.

The second field of error data, 0x00000005, indicated that whatever device is located on IRQ number 5 is the problem device for which you will want to remove the drivers and reinstall. If removing and reinstalling the device drivers do not solve your problem, try placing that device in another PCI slot or removing any additional hardware that shares IRQ 5.

You can determine what device is using IRQ 5 by navigting to Windows System Information.

I Installed the latest SATA drivers because 0xf756cafb was a memory ref to these drivers.

Everything works perfect now. Thanks for the help guys
