This is my first post and I admit that although I use the computer loads I am hopeless when things go wrong!

My PC has been working relatively fine for the last couple of years but recently I have needed to do a System Restore fairly reqularly to allow me to access the internet through Microsoft Internet Explorer. I click on it but nothing happens! So I restore back and it works fine for awhile.

Also my email through Microsoft Outlook is coming up with Mail Delivery Error. I can send but not receive.

Any simple advise on how I can improve situation in respect of 1) internet assess and 2) get my emails coming through again?
