Hi,
can anyone help? Brothers family computer - I have basic skills and using a lot of your replies have downloaded and used hijack this and spybot.

Have removed a lot of malware etc... however we are having problems trying to log into msn to check emails etc, or any web based email. Keep coming up with page cannot be displayed and when signing into messenger, there is a delay with cursor disappearing in the msn box.

Have checked internet setting and they seem ok - operating system is window XP and broadband connection

Anyone any ideas??

In Internet Options.
General Tab..Click Delete..Temp..cookie..history files.include offline content..click Apply.
Security Tab..click Default.
Privacy Tab..click Default.
Program Tab..Click Reset Web Settings.
Advanced Tab..Tick.Do not save encrypted pages to disc..and Empty IE temp folders when browser is closed.

[FONT=Comic Sans MS]did all this no difference, thanks anyway, as you can see have been asked to post hijack this log in other forum - have done this and we will see if anything shows there - thanks[/FON T]
