    Converting FAT32 to NTFS

    Hi Folks,
I have a dual boot system with Win98SE for e-mail, internet access etc. and XP Pro for all my video editing and photography stuff.
Currently, all my hard discs (4) are formatted as FAT32 so they can be seen and used by both Win98SE and XP.
I'm just about to upgrade my Win98SE partition to XP pro. Iin order to be able to have file sizes greater than 4GB (Win98SE max) I need to convert all my discs to NTFS.
Can this be done without losing the data? If so how please?
In Win98SE there's a utility in System Tools for converting FAT or FAT16 discs to FAT32 and it just does it on the fly.
What I need is something similar to go from FAT32 to NTFS.
But does it exist? Or do I have to move my files off each disc in turn then reformat as NTFS?
If this is the only way, how can I do the system disc, both boot partitions are on the same (first) hard drive.
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

    Thanks for the link.
It looks like "convert" was just what I was looking for.
    Best Regards.
