Nope i checked thoroughly and there doesent seem to be any damage, could it be a fuse or something?
I don't think there is any kind of fuse. Can you see an ID on the card? The make and model?
I would try to put the card back. Does it beep? What happens? Does the fan make noise?

I have put the card back and i cant hear the beeping noise anymore, but i can really feel the heat form the video card, especially right under the video card fan which is attached to it, the fan itself gets very hot, i might try replacing that, and it makes such a load noise!!
my main fan seems a bit wierd aswell it gets fast then slows down then gets fast and slows down.....mmm
You should try to replace the fan. It is hard to say if the card has been damaged or not.
Is the other fan on the CPU?
These can be variable speeds but not that drastic.
Perhaps this fan too should be replaced.
I don't know what to add but it seems like a heat issue and that card fan should not be noisy nor should you feel such heat.
Well i just tried dissasembling the fan on the video card becasue i thought that was what made the video card hot, so when i tried it without the fan the card still heated up, and thats possibly the reason why the main fan on the motherboard is working so fast. So i think there is something wron with my video card. My computer looks exactly like the one in the picture in the link you sent me with an image of the inside showing the fans. So what do you think i should do now?
Thankyou
You shouldn't run that card without a fan but unfortunately I suspect that the card is already damaged.
You could try to replace the fan if you can find one or else just get a cheap card to make sure that the card is the issue.
Your specs are for an AGP 8X card. If you feel pretty certain that the card is at fault and you go for a new one you should ask yourself what it is that you do on the computer.
Just basics? High end games? Video editing?
Cards vary in memory and speed; 3D; etc.
Well id like one the same as i have at the moment, becasue i do need it. still when i turn the computer on it gets up to my main page and it freezes, so my card still works, isent it possible just to fix? (i am still going to try another card)
I don't know of any fixable parts outside of the fan.
You could take it to a shop but a new card would probably be cheaper.
Can you ID the card you have now?
Are you sure that you cannot boot into Safe Mode?
