help me please, i need help i was trying to start my puter in safe mode and it did'nt work. and then i tried to reboot from the disc and its said it failed could anyone help please

jeff thank you for reply, yes when i turned my computer on the screen was blue told me it would'nt start and if it's the first time i mseen the screen to shout down and turn back on so i did. that did'nt work so i tried to start and last know configuration and tha did,nt work and then safe mode that did,nt work. so after all the i tried to reboot from disc and now its said put right disc in and press any key but then it said failure. so is this problem fixable?

You are booting the XP CD and it is giving an error? What is the verbatim error message?

Is this a full version XP CD or an OEM Recovery Disk?
