hi.thanks for getting in touch with me.when i put the disc in to intall the drivers it tells me that i have no administrative rights and i cant install it.goodmans told me that i need a disc that is compatable with windows xp.and according to this disc it is for win/98/me/2000/xp.so y wont it let me install it.thanks

Are you logged on as an administrator?

Is this XP Home or Pro?

In Pro check your settings and status via:

start/run control userpasswords2

In Home or Pro you could also check start > Control Panel > User Accounts

If for some reason you need the main admin account in Home you need to boot into Safe Mode to access it.
