this poup came up and it wont let me download it, wat should i do?

As Jaynee pointed out it was probably a corrupted download.

I would go to start > Search > grisoft

Search All Files and Folders. Also Advanced Settings: click System & Hidden & Subfolders

I would also run a Registry Cleaner and delete the Green lighted entries: RegSeeker

Reboot and the try to download again: http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5

You'll find avast 4 to work as well as AVG and won't be as slow as AVG.
