Hello, when I start up my laptop I get an error box message saying ERROR LOADING C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\BAR\1.BIN\MWSBAR.DLL The specified module cannot be found - I regularly use SPYBOT and AVAST to check for viruses etc. What's happening? I am not very tech minded so can anyone help by explaining in the simplest way possible - thanks

Hello, I'm having trouble downloading HIJACKTHIS from the HERE link, it just goes to a winzip extractor option whatever that is and then does nothing

It is a .zip file which needs to be extracted.

Right click the download and choose Extract to...

You should then see the .exe to run it.
