just wondering if anyone can help me.

my pc has only started playing up (typical! last 2 months of uni! )
thismorning had a message saying i had a low virtual memory, i try to increase it etc but it wont let me .... then it started resetting it self....
it the pc runs ... and i select something .. it dosnt do anything.. win i go to window and select prog it says empty..... wen i see what progs im running (ctrl alt delete) it pops up an error mesage....
i want to delete some of my progs cos i know i have alot on my pc.
my mate sugest me to run the XP recovery disc.. but the pc dosnt seem to wanna run it ?? it wont do anything anyone with any ideaas??
it probs not enuf memory on harddrive or something.
im using my latptop at the mo, but ineed my pc ... with all my work in it

Right these are the errors im getting:

Window cannot find
C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe make sure you typed the name correctley and try again

also
Not enough Quota is avaliable to process this command

any ideas??

I think you may have other problems
