so my friend was on my computer one night after i had fallen asleep (stupid me). well guess what he went on a hunt for. so anyways how can i make sure theres no streaming video on this computer as its going back to my fathers work in about a month. any help would be great!

Unless the video was downloaded to the hard drive via right clicking and save target then it was just using temporary files. Clear your Internet Files in IE via Tools > Internet Options

CCleaner is also a good little program to have and use:

clearing internet files is clearing the cache right? ive done that and i dont tink it goes though that much of a scan when it goes back so i think thats enough as long as its off the temp files
