If possible try a System Restore to a point/date prior to the infection.

If this is not possible you may need to uninstall then reinstall SP2.

Uninstall via Start . Control Panel . Add/Remove Programs

Reinstall via Windows Update

Another possibility is to run a HijackThis log by our Pros in that section:

Uninstalling and reinstalling SP2 might be all you need.
