When I start my computer and log on it says:

Explorer.EXE application error
application failed to initializa propperly (0xc0000005) click ok to terminate.

If i push ok or just x out, my icons and bar at the bottom of the screen are not ther.

What can i do???

Did this just start to happen? If so try a System Restore:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

Pick a date when things were OK and restore.

This error (0xc0000005) pointing out Explorer.EXE on boot is generally related to a virus.
