when i start defragment first it start analize and hardly it reach to 95% errer comes that "defragmentation of drive C(C) has been aborted due to inconsistencies that were detected in the filesystem. Please run CHKDSK or SCANDISK on drive C(C) to repair these inconsistencies, then run disk defragmenter again."
please help me this errer comes again and again and it had made my computer very slow.

Have you tried running the scandisc and defrag in safe mode?

You could run a disk cleanup also before defragging. In anycase, see this link, its quite useful to see hw to do chkdsk and defrag etc.
