    Windows Trouble

A few days ago I replaced my motherboard. Now after trying to reboot windows it asked for the missing file "viaagp1.sys". I did not have that file so I rebooted but this time I had windows try to repair the original windows. After it finished I now get the windows XP screen and then a very quick glimps of a blue screen with writing on it. It just keeps trying to reload over and over with the same results. On a scale to 1 - 10 my compter knowledge is about a "3". So it might be quite a challange for someone who knows the problem to get te details very easy for me to understand. Thanks

After changing a motherboard a reinstallation of XP is necessary.

Sometimes a Repair install will work sometimes not.

If the Repair Install hasn't worked a Clean Install would be in order.

    Some install tips here:

As to the viaagp1.sys here is a related post but I would still go for a Clean Install for your long run benefit.
