I am running XP Pro with all updates and SP's on my PC. I am trying to run a particular program and what I get is "runtime error '9' subscript out of range". Is there anyway around this problem so as I can run this program?

These are application specific errors. What is the program?

You might try uninstalling, cleaning the registry, reinstalling.

I have been trying to reload "Click'n Burn" software for burning cd's, this software was put out by Stomp, they discontinued selling this software a while back. I like using this software because it is fast and it's great for backing up files of any kind. I have just about tried everything I know and read about and I can't seem to solve the problem. This is what I get when I try and load, "Runtime error '9' subscript out of range".

When you say reload are you saying reinstalling from the CD?

If so I would uninstall and clean the registry first.
