I recently ended up with a JPG that I cannot delete. When I right click delete or properties is not an option. I've run Norton Anti Virus and Windows Defender. I am currently running Spyware Doctor. I've tried to use MoveOnBoot but it wouldn't allow me to select the JPG. Does anyone have any advice on this?

Have you tried deleting it in safe mode?

yep

I've also tried deleting it from the command prompt in safe mode with explorer disabled. I can't move the file either, and anytime an outside application tries to access it I am told that the file cannot be found.
