I am fairly computer illiterate but I do know that my daughters laptop is infected with a Trojan (cause it said so) and it wouldn't let us delete clean or quarantine it. Now when you swithch ob the laptop it says there is a problem with Explorer.exe so none of the desktop shows.............................help
