HI I AM HAVING LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH popups and my home page settings keep changing. also cannot access registry, comes up with window stating another program is using registry.

i have nortom anti virus on 24/7, i also have all the updates for windows, and sp 2. so what is my problem, can anyone help please.
