    have a new laptop and i have msn exploere but its the united states and i wanted the uk one i have gone to internet explorer and put it as my home page to no avail please help its driving me crazy thanksssssss

    You should be able to set http://uk.msn.com/ as your home page regardless.

    I am not personally familiar with MSN Explorer but searches show the versions are not interchangeable:

    But I also see:

    Check your computer's regional settings, and the user properties of the
    identity that you use to log into MSN Explorer. Make sure they are set to
    UK.
