I am trying to help my dad. He has been given a disk with photos on it and has asked me to try and print them off. All progs ive tried wont do it please help!!!

What is the problem? What exactly happens? Any error messages?

Does your printer work OK otherwise?

my printer works fine its my prgrams I dont think I have the right program to get to even veiw the stuff let alone print any of it. The disk with the photos on is a re write disk and I ned to print off the photos on it if possible

XP does not have the capacity to play or use DVD files. Originally I'd thought if you had standard picture files on a DVD it wouldn't matter but I was wrong.

That said you need a DVD decoder plugin. The mainstream plugins run @ $14.95 U.S.

You might find some free programs but they tend to be unstable and often illegal.
