hi i have 2 issues that maybe linked
when i click system information the following pops up
Run a DLL as an APP has encounted a problem and needs to close
if i click on Debug or close it then pops up with
Svchost.exe-Application error *the exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409)
accured in the application at location 0x751b3b3d
this message also pops up on start up, what is it?

can anyone enlighten me?

how can i find out about my 2nd hand computer?
what does it have memory wise etc
does it have a graphics card etc

Is this a new problem? Were things working OK previously? Any new hardware and or software?

That is strange for that error to pop up from System Info.

Starting at start up would relate it to a particular application. One using a Svchost which is a generic service tag.

What anti virus are you running? This is a possible culprit.
