I found a folder labeled FTP. Looking it up it is some kind of search program. Is this something someone puts on your computer or does a computer come with it already on it? If so how do you remove it? I cannot find it under add/remove programs.I think I have an in house spy.

It's nothing to worry about. It's just a browser tool for uploading stuff to webpages etc...
