You need to save it first. Paste it into a Note Pad (START > All Programs > Accessories > Note Pad) and choose Save. Then put it in My Documents or somewhere.

You could try a System Restore if you haven't already.

click START then All Programs then Accessories then System Tools then System Restore

on the calendar click the first bold date before 02-22 then choose to Restore to that point.

Well you can compare them yourself looking for differences.

Any other indications might appear in the Event Viewer and or Error Logs as described earlier.

Also look in the Device Manager: Start/Run/ devmgmt.msc

It might be easiest to go back to BellSouth and see if they have any more ideas as their failure appeared to have triggered this issue.
