Ihave a Dell running window XP. Recently I am getting a "ckicking" noise after the computer has been on for awhile. The noise will go away when I use the mouse and return when I stop. Could this be just that I need to clean the fan or maybe something more serious. The computer is a little over 2 years old. There is plenty of room for air circulation. I need help please

About the only things that can click are fans or hard drives.

If the clicking is related to usage that narrows it down to a heat sensor fan (CPU most likely) or more commonly your hard drive.
