Hey im back yet again .. this time with a nortons problem ... i have the nortons 2005 disk but when i put into the drive .. it spins but nothin comes up on ma screen i have dun this a few times now ... i have checked for firewalls and other virus programs but i have nothin .. i really need to sort this out so any help will be much appreciated

When it is in go to My Computer and then click on the CD drive e.g. E:

If still nothing happens right click E: and choose Open.

If still nothing right click and choose Explore.

What happens? Is the disk seen?

And just to verify do any disks work in the drive?
