I saw a news article on TV that mentioned all your computer activitie is stored in a que that is overwritten and can be retrieved. How do you retrieve deleted data etc or how can I learn to do it? Thanks

do you mean what you have been doing or files on your hard drive?
I dont know about looking at what you have been doing but to retrieve filed deleted from a HD, you just need a program like these:
