The ati2mtag is associated with your ATI software/drivers. There are many postings of this error filling event logs with no apparent issues. Some say it is a bug in the ATI driver.

Any idea what you were doing when these errors were reported? 16/02/2006 07:45:17 etc.

Do they appear at boot? Or ... ? You could try to upgrade the driver.

If you do this run the uninstaller first:

"The Catalyst Uninstaller is an optional download. We recommend using this utility to uninstall any previously installed Catalyst drivers prior to installation."

The NetBT is your NetBIOS. Are you on a network? Again can you place the time of these errors? What were you doing? Booting?

NetBIOS Over TCP/IP (NetBT)

Windows peer-to-peer networks use the NetBIOS (Network Basic Input/Output System) applications programming interface for File and Printer Sharing. NetBIOS names identify computers on the network. NetBIOS broadcasts locate computers and shared disks and folders on the network and allow them to appear in My Network Places and Network Neighborhood.

To enable NetBIOS Over TCP/IP on Windows XP and Windows 2000:

1. Open the Network Connections folder.
2. Right click the local area network connection and click Properties.
3. Double click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).
4. Click Advanced.
5. Click WINS.
6. Click the Enable NetBIOS Over TCP/IP button.

Ive installed new card drivers and enabled netbios

all the errors must be on boot up i cant think of any other thing that happens so often

Can you click on some of the Service Control Manager lines and see what service was terminated?

this is the one that it stops on after about 30 secs

the Service Control Manager errors are my iriver having problems and ive sorted that now

If you have SP2 perhaps try this:

Event ID 4226 Patcher - A patching program for removing or changing the limit imposed on connection attempts in SP2. The patcher has the ability to restore tcpip.sys back to the original... Still, you might want to back up tcpip.sys, use it at your own risk.
