right after that came up it started makeing that clicking sound again

Is the BIOS set to boot the floppy drive first?

let me cheak

i tryed just starting it w/o antyhing in it and it came up with

Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
<Windows root>\system32\ntoskrnl.exe.
Please re-install a copy of above file

i just thought this is a little interesting but im going into BIOS and cheaking the boot order ill hunt around and tell you if i find it but how do i get there? what is it that i press to acess it? F8? F12?

also when i restarted the computer to go into BIOS it says

Entering SETUP...
Third Master Hard Disk Error
Press <F4> to run SETUP

third master hdd?
what kind of set up? should i try running it?

So that error just came up on its' own?

Perhaps F4 is the key to Setup although I wonder why it said entering SETUP...

I'd say yeah go with F4. See what happens.

Otherwise there is usually a note somewhere saying SETUP=__

Many use the Delete key. Some F2 or F10 are the most common. Also perhaps Esc

ok ill try f4 and see what happenes first if i can get back to that little screen yea the messages pretty much poped up on its own it where at the messages usely pop up... on a black screen after a pintum4 screen

now thats weird i just booted the computer up with no disks or anyhting and went to windows set up and says insert disk?!?!?!?!?! should i just go with it?

well i was going to wit but then a blue screen came up that said windows is shutting down your computer the rpotect files ... such and such whats going on? restarted it and says
