helpp: right now i am using the on screen keyboard just tp write all of this with my mouse b/c whenever i seem to press a button on my keyboard, both the keyboard and the mouse stop working. Then i have to reset the comp. and repeat the whole process again b/c my mouse as well as the keyboard freezes. the computer itself seems like it doesnt freeze. please help, i dont know what to do...

Do you have another keyboard to try?

Also check your settings @ Control Panel | Keyboard

RT click My Computer then click Manage then Device Manager.
