Anyone have an idea what could have failed if I'm getting audable boot error noises. The PC gives out a 2 high pitched bleeps and one two-tone "failed" noise, disc spins up but no screen, or anything else.

The beep code depends on your BIOS type:

Most likely Graphics card or CPU or the effect on either from the PSU.
