Help,
My wife has been using her e-mail constantly for years now using outlook express on her XP computer. The last week or two it has been sticking and refusing to close down. Today her e-mail folder containing all her important mail has just vanished, leaving only the inbox, sent items,deleted items, drafts.
Is there a way of finding & restoring the information
Any urgent help would be appreciated.
Would system restore from yesturday bring it back?
Why could it disappear?
