i have just recently noticed a problem with my fonts it seems as tho the setting under display properties / appearance / effects - Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts: Clear type doesn't seem to working for all windows. screenshot -->

you see in the window outlined in blue (number 1) isnt using the effect clear type, as window outlined in red (number 2 ) is? but i dont know if this is the case,its not just on the diskeeper window there are many others, (more so than clear type ones) also my internet seems to awfully slow, (not sure if this is realated?) seems as tho its a browser / computer lag issue , rather then connection as im running bandwidth speed tests to what they should be? im pretty 99% sure i dont have spy / malware on my pc, or virus's. i could post a log here if you want me to??. any help would be very much apreiciated
