Hello out there

Am having great deal of problems with office xp and the update sp3. Have lost the cd that it was installed on and even after contacting microsoft, the file they suggested would work is still asking fo rhte original cd-rom. I am running the student and teachers version of office and I cant install this update, even with the full file verison.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
