My friends:

I have a portable ACER Aspire 1312, AMD 2000+, 512Mb RAM, 30GB Ultra ATA/100 HDD. Yesterday when I try to start the windows normally, it didnīt work! It keeps restart and restart after the windows logo appear on the screen. I donīt understand much about computers but I donīt want to format the disk (unless of course itīs the only option) because I have programs that were registered (and I dont know how can I register them again).

Can anyone help me try to find a way to start my PC?
