I hope I can find some help here.

- I have a Siemens Scaleo 600 (amd 64bit, 1gb ram, 200gb hdd) I have a strange problem
I wanted to do a fresh install of Winxp. The computer boots from the CD and all the first steps
go fine... I delete/format the HDD after that the files are loaded no prob. and the sistem restarts after 15 sec. Now, the next boot needs to get me in to the next step (windows like step) bit NO, it starts from the CD again... comes to the part where I need to delete/format ... load files again.... and all over again... I tried couple different winXP cd's .... tried all I can think of... I need to say that I am not a begginer on installing windows and other software.

Please HELP solving this pob.

Dude

Once you have completed the first part of the setup from cd you then have to change the bootup sequence in the bios so that it boots from the harddrive again.

It will the continue with the setup to the harddrive
