I am having trouble in my Email. I cannot change the color of the fonts or the background color when I compose a message. This is not only in Outlook Express but also in other Emails. Also when I select a stationery to use when I'm sending mail, I hear the music associated with the stationery but I no longer get the background of the stationery. Not too long ago I was experimenting with colors, trying to change some colors to something with higher visibility and since then I have had this problem. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

Make sure you are composing the messages in rich text or html, not just plain text.
