The second log was cut off. The first was pointing to QuickTime & Firefox but the (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000005 could be a memory issue. Basically a speed issue. Are you over-clocking anything? Do you have more than one stick of RAM? If so are they the same speed? Do you know if your BIOS is set to force certain speeds?
