    Outlook and wireless routers

I have just installed a wireless router on my pc which has XP home and I use Outlook for my mail. I had no trouble installing the router and it works fine between my laptop and PC. However when I came to use outlook on my PC outlook keeps on trying to dial a connection. I have checked and double checked my config and internet connections to no avail. Anyone out there had this trouble? I would appreciate any help offered.

We are talking about Microsoft Outlook, not Outlook Express, right?
Is the internet working at all on the computer with Outlook problems?

Thanks for the reply, yes it was Outlook 2000. All connections are A ok. I have solved the problem now by loading Outlook 2003 and it is working fine. Thanks again.
